Why won't my TV turn on?
A TV with no response at all usually means a power supply board fault, a dead standby capacitor, or an issue at the wall socket or remote sensor. Check the socket and try a different outlet first; if the TV still won't power on, the power board needs a technician's diagnosis.
Why does my TV have sound but no picture?
Sound with no picture usually points to a failed backlight, a faulty T-CON board, or a damaged display panel. Backlight and board faults are repairable at reasonable cost; a cracked or fully dead panel is often not worth repairing — a technician can tell you which it is after a ₹349 diagnosis.
Why are there lines on my TV screen?
Horizontal or vertical lines usually come from a damaged T-CON board, a loose ribbon cable connection, or panel damage from a knock or pressure. A technician can open the back cover to check connections before concluding the panel itself is damaged.
Why is half my TV screen dark or dim?
Partial dimness usually means one or more backlight LED strips have failed, since larger TVs run several strips across the panel. This is a repairable fault in most cases — a technician replaces the failed strip rather than the whole panel.
Why does my TV have no sound?
No sound with a working picture usually means the speakers have failed, the volume or audio output is mis-set, or the audio processing chip has a fault. Checking the settings and any connected soundbar first is easy to do yourself; internal speaker or board faults need a technician.
Why isn't my TV's HDMI port working?
